As Council stormwater systems increasingly reach full capacity, consents for home renovations are requiring the home owner to install either a sump or a stormwater detention tank. Raindrops bladder or pillow-case tanks of 2,500 litres are ideal as stormwater detention tanks because they can be installed without any major excavation and are out of sight under the floor or the deck.
